INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The Soft Radiant Sauna is based on the concept of heating your body through far infra red rays, which will warm your body to release all physical stress and tension.

To get the maximum out of your sauna system it is requested that you should follow the below mentioned guidelines.

Start your Sauna 15 minutes before use, set the temperature to (50°c)* and timer to (45 minutes)*. Take fluids in the form of water, juices and lime.

Go for a shower in the meantime in luke warm water. Cleanse your skin to remove any dirt that might be.

After the shower, soak the excess water from your body with a towel and step into your Soft Radiant Sauna.

Take your comfortable sitting posture and relax. Let your body get warm and the pores to open for sweating.

After 10 minutes of sitting, change your sitting position. One should change the sitting after regular intervals of 10 - 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature to further increase of decrease as per your comfort level. Avoid wiping the sweat with the towel.

Take some fluid in form of water, fresh juices or lime if there is a feeling of thirst.

On 10 minutes of remaining time, start to lower the temperature and bring it down a little.

On getting the signal of end time, come out of the sauna and go for a cold shower. Take the shower for 10 minutes approximately.

Remove excess water after the shower with the towel and you are ready to start your day on a fresh note.

P.S. It is advised that a person using the sauna should not be a patient of diabetes, pregnancy, cardiac disorder and hypertension. A person who is under medical prescription should also consult his or her doctor before use.
